McDonalds very smartly demonstrated job availability for students with no experience at all. This is something we never find in corporate world. The companies that hire will always have certain minimum expectations from their employees. Whereas McDonalds giving a chance to anyone is something huge, it believes in on-the-job training.

    Great idea ..As a person who might seem unfit for the job through some sufficient experience might get a chance to prove himself .This formula needs to be applied in every domain for max profit

Here's a backstory of the McDonald's real founders. It was co-founded by 2 brothers Richard and Maurice McDonald. They served Burgers and Fries on the go, wrapped in use and throw material. Thus, speeding and increasing their sales. Customers were fascinated by the speed and perfection of their products. Ray Kroc, a salesman visited McDonalds to deliver Shake mixer and he instantly visioned the future of McDonalds.  Ray Kroc an ordinary salesman became an extraordinary business man because of the opportunities he grabbed at the right time. He was a visionary. He kept on buying franchises of McDonalds and slowly and gradually ended up owning the entire company.  A lot of people have different opinions, some say that Ray Kroc cheated McDonald Brothers.
